“Confirm the tour group whether need to check some crtification before hand.” —Explain: During some itinerary, the tour group may meet some places to check the tourists’ passport or visa or other stuff, so the guide should prepare certifications before hand. If the sentence isn’t correct, could you suggest me another brief sentence which make an sense? Thanks and forgive my bad English!

Or would the language be so different as to be impossible to understand without special training, i.e., even an educated English speaker will not understand Old English without special education.
