Great public speakers are able to inspire and teach. They can take a message and sprinkle in humor and wise words. Over the years there have been many great orators. These individuals can make you think about your life, those around you and any number of issues that are going on in the world. Many of these individuals use their abilities to help spread the word on social and economic issues that affect everyone.
To be a truly wonderful public speaker, you will need to understand how to bring people to a common understanding. You do not want to be too inflammatory in your speech. The idea is to make everyone understand your point in a civil manner before you inundate them with rhetoric. In a good speech an individual can take an anecdote or story and use it as an example. The story they tell acts as any example to those in their audience.

Question by : How to get over fear of public speaking?
I have public speaking this next semester and I don’t know if I am ready for it. It’s a college class with at least 25 people so it may be even more nerve wrecking. There was an optional section for people who fear public speaking but my schedule was full around that time and I could not change it. The main problem I have is that I care too much what people think and even if I have an ok presentation and have all the information needed, I am still embarassed because I am not a funny or humorous public speaker. So basically, I am not entertaining when giving a speech which makes it awkward while everyone else is. Also, sometimes I shake when it really gets awkward and I realize it is.
So does anyone have any tips to get over this? Thank you

In order to achieve quality sound, speaker manufacturers must do more than simply assemble the required components, although they may only appear to be regular electronics. Speaker manufacturers must achieve the best balance of the elements such as amplification and crossover points to name but two, in order to achieve quality sound. It’s the quality of sound that sells all speakers. Usually, speaker manufacturers count heavily on their long history of manufacturing. Of Course, the longer one that manufacturer has been manufacturing speakers, the more developed their technology will be.
The prospective speaker manufacturer has to make a decision about what kind of speaker that they want to produce. They have to determine if they will manufacture car speakers, indoor/outdoor speakers or speakers for movie theaters. They also have to determine the method of distribution. For example, will they sell their speakers in their own stores, or produce and supply speakers to other stores. In addition, they have to determine who will supply them with components including voice coils, cone papers, and magnets, and for what time period.
